Corporate History
N&M Transfer began as a cartage carrier in 1964 serving the cities of Neenah and Menasha, Wisconsin. A new direction was established for the company in 1980 when our company's chairman
assumed leadership of N&M. His concept was to implement controlled growth into a geographic area capable of being served overnight from our only terminal in Neenah.
N&M has continued to grow over the years. In 1988 we began serving every point in Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. In 1992 we began serving the major markets in the state of Minnesota.
Eastern Iowa was opened up to next day service in 1999 and in April of 2001, N&M started serving the northern half of Illinois.

and 450 trailers, N&M Transfer consistently achieves an on time delivery percentage above 99%. We’re so confident in our ability to perform we guarantee our service.
Freight traveling throughout the N&M system moves through our terminal in Neenah. Our one terminal system gives us the control necessary to achieve our high level of on time service
and also results in a claims ratio well below the industry average. This means your product will get to its intended destination on time and in one piece.

The more we invest in resources to do the job - electronic bar coding, automated pallet racking systems, faxes, cellular phones in all our trucks and a preventive maintenance program
that's second to none - the more efficiently our people get your product from one place to another.
Still, even the most expensive things won't last. We continually test and experiment to replace yesterday's technology with something better today.
